About Us

Since 1985 we have specialized in the marketing of only New Holland small bale stacking machines.  From humble beginnings it has remained a small family business in which we try to meet our customer needs as best we can in a way that will let us stay in business for the long haul.  For three generations of our family now, many repeat customers have become good friends and acquaintances as they have allowed us to assist and serve them throughout the years.

Jim Wilhite
Jim was raised on a cattle ranch in Idaho and was instilled with the values of hard work by his father and mother.  During summers he began custom stacking hay with his father's 1046 and eventually paid his way through college.  After graduating from the University of Idaho with an Ag Business degree he went to work for a bank in the ag lending department.  Later he quit his bank job for a time and re-joined his father, custom stacking hay full-time for many years in the early 1980's.  After a few years he again re-joined the bank, and sold his 1068 diesel that he had purchased new, taking a S1048 on trade.  Thus began a long line of sales as he pursued his new part-time "hobby".  Thirty years later this "hobby" has become a full-time business employing many talented people.  Jim eventually retired from the bank after 30 years of diligent service.  His expertise in putting the customer together with the right machine for their needs can ensure a smooth transaction.  He and his wife Treva enjoyed traveling to the many hay and equipment shows over the years until she unfortunately succumbed to cancer in late 2015.  Together they raised two sons, one with a job in the banking industry, and one who works with Jim in the bale wagon business.

Luke Wilhite
Luke has been around the bale wagon business his entire life.  Helping out his father and grandfather, he has come to know just about every aspect of the business.  Following in dad's footsteps he ran an old 1068 doing custom work during high-school summers to help put himself through college.  After graduating high school, he left Idaho for Tulsa, Oklahoma where he spent 4 years pursuing his other passion, aviation.  There he learned the ins and outs of electronics, engines, and mechanics in school, and machining, fabrication, and production after school at a job with an aircraft parts machine shop.  After graduating with his electronics and an A&P certificate, he and his wife Chandra moved back to Idaho where he worked in the aviation maintenance field for 10 years.  After several companies he worked for went out of business, he took his skills and an old service truck and began doing mobile ag repair work, as well as helping out dad with the bale wagons.  As time has gone on and the business has grown, he has become fully devoted to bale wagon work.  A stickler for getting things right, as well finding solutions for customers service or parts needs, he has many skills to bring to bear when solving any problem you may encounter.  He and his high-school sweetheart Chandra, have been married since 2000 and with their two girls enjoy outdoor adventures, flying, and camping together.
