1010
The model 1010 is a small machine that was built from 1968 to 1973. A sister machine to the model 1000, it differs only in its ability to unload single bales onto a hay elevator. (If the single bale unload fuction was not needed by previous owners, it was more than likely disconnected, and that is what we tend to see, which essentially makes it into a model 1000.) It is what we consider an entry level machine for those who have a small acreage. It is capable of stacking (56) 14"x16" or (42) 16"x18" bales in the 34-42" length only. It has a self-contained hydraulic pump which powers the first, second, and load rack tables. However the bale loader is raised and lowered by a capstan rope, the bale loader pickup chain is continuously run off of the power shaft, it has no provision for automatic tie, and no push-off feet. These machines are capable of being operated with a tractor in the 30 HP range, with a 540 PTO. The 1010 is well supported by our parts department and can be made available for purchase in various conditions depending upon our inventory.
