The 1075 model was the first computer controlled machine built by New Holland.  A sister machine to the 1068/69, the 1075 was a sucessful replacement for the 1065 mechanical block stacker.  Built from 1977 to 1988, it utilized a computer and various sensors to create a block stack that can be picked up and placed on a truck with a hay squeeze.  Mostly used for 3-string bales, the 1075 may be used to build roadsider stacks similar to the 1068, depending upon the computer or programming installed.  Optionally the 1068 was equipped with either the Ford 460 V-8 gas engine or the Perkins diesel for power, a 4-speed or 5-speed manual transmission, the 2-speed rear axle was standard, but the front axle came with some heavier duty options later in the production run.  The operator's cab was completely redesigned with a better control and seating arrangement, and was offered with air-conditioning for the first time.  The 1075 originally had a early style computer with 5 pre-set stack patterns.  In order to change the pattern, you must remove the computer and send it out to have the EPROM flashed with the desired pattern.  Later in the early 1990's a kit was developed by New Holland to convert the early computer and wiring harness to the 1085/89/95 style computer, which is much more user friendly and able to have custom patterns set, without computer removal.  Set up for a "2-wide" or block bale stack configuration, the 1075 was designed to haul 2 and 3-string bales 39"-48" in length.  Load rack capacity is (56-72) 3-string bales, (89) 16"x18" bales, or (106) 14"x18" bales.  The 1075 offers the benefits of being able to block stack your hay, without the high cost of newer models.  We offer the 1075 in various conditions from "auction condition" to fully reconditioned models to meet you budgetary and operational needs.  Give us a call today to find out our current inventory and to get the process started.
