Service
When operating equipment in this day and age, having good technical support is a huge necessity. Whether or not you purchased the machine from us, if you are having trouble give Luke a call. With extensive experience on these machines he can provide some tips over the phone, and can even make house calls if necessary, coming to you in one of our service trucks or by small aircraft.
Reconditioning Process
If you make the decision to purchase a refurbished used machine from us, you can feel assured that we have done our best to make sure that it is in as good of condition as it can be. Our goal is to prepare the machine as if we were planning on using it ourselves, so of course we want it done right. We utilize experienced mechanics, thorough, multi-page machine-specific checklists, and quality practices & parts to accomplish the job. Although many machines are 40+ years old now, many customers don't know that they are not new when they see them for the first time.
Although our checklists are models specific, here are some examples of the many items that get inspected and/or replaced:
Engine, clutch, transmission, rear differential, brake master cylinder, booster, hoses, wheel cylinders, brake shoes and linings, shoe spring and hardware kits, king pins, steering rod ends, power steering gear box, hydraulic pump, hydraulic pump drive gear or coupler, all hydraulic hoses, any leaking valves, hydraulic cylinders, power shafts, sprockets, bearings, bushings, suspension leaf springs, tires, radiator, hoses, belts, air conditioning compressor, hoses, expansion valve, & fan motor, switches, electrical fuse holders and fuses, wiring harness, control linkages, control computer, cables, lights, deteriorated sheet metal, side racks, sliding load rack, fuel system, cab interior and glass, fresh paint and decals........
